Information we receive
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email, optional organization, selected industry, area of interest, and the message you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, student records, health information, or other sensitive information in the public form.
Technical information. Website and hosting systems may record IP addresses, requested pages, browser or device information, request times, and error or security events. The inquiry form uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Preferences. If you choose to remember your cookie preferences, this site stores that selection in your browser. It does not contain your name, email address, or inquiry text.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the requested project or service, manage follow-up, and keep a record of the conversation. Technical information supports delivery of the website, troubleshooting, fraud and spam prevention, and site security.
The current website does not use advertising pixels or optional audience-analytics tools. Inquiry information is not used for targeted advertising through this website. Listing an AI or technology capability on the site does not send your inquiry to that technology provider.
Retention and security
Submitted inquiries remain in the private website inbox until authorized staff remove them. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for those records. You can request deletion using the contact methods below; information needed for a legal obligation, security matter, or an ongoing business relationship may need to be retained.
The form’s rate-limit record expires after one hour. A preference you choose to remember expires after 180 days. Hosting logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention arrangements and may persist after a record is removed from the active inbox.
Administrative access restrictions and form validation help protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Send sensitive project information only through a separately agreed channel.
Your requests and choices
You may ask about information submitted through this website, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may also have rights to access, receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or challenge a response.
Send a request to legal@itsbenchmark.com or use the website privacy request form. Describe the request and the email address used for the inquiry. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain any limitation that prevents us from completing a request.
You may also contact the privacy regulator or other appropriate authority where applicable. Choosing not to provide optional information does not prevent you from browsing the public site.
Education and customer environments
This corporate website is intended for organizational and business inquiries. It is not a student portal and is not designed to collect information directly from children. If a child has submitted personal information here, a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative can contact us to request review and removal.
Academy, Campus, and other customer environments require a separate definition of roles, authorized users, data handling, access, retention, and customer responsibilities. This website policy does not replace a school’s privacy notice or a customer data-processing agreement.
Other sites and processing locations
Links to vendor documentation or other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Hosting and support arrangements can involve providers in different locations. Requirements for data residency or international transfers must be established for a customer project before the relevant data is provided.

We may update this policy when the website or its information practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described on the website, and consent will be requested where required.
